Are you logged into Elastix when you open it up? Does the phonebook work directly from the elastix gui?

Yes I am logged into elastix and I'm assuming it pulls from agenda/address book. If so that works properly. I can view and edit entry's from elastix address book tab.

I have the same issue, i am using elastix 2.4 with fop2 2.27. Phonebook is blank but call history is working phone... what shall i look for? P.S.: I can see the contacts under agenda/address-book in elastix, and those are present in the contact.db sqlite file in the elastix modules.

FOP 2.27 installed as Elastix RPM or from tarball? The tarball version does not have integration with the Elastix contacts, but it shows the built in fop2 visual phonebook instead.

What elastix version are you using ? The rpm was built for Elastix 2.5. It was not tested with 2.4.

Please click the live help option down below to chat. As I said, the phonebook integration was tested on Elastix 2.5. I am not sure if they have big differences with other versions.

Another really important thing is that the elastix phonebook only appears if you have an extension associated to your elastix user, and if you open fop2 from within elastix, and not outside of it (by loading directly http://your.server/fop2)

You first need to log into Elastix, from there chose the fop2 menu option in the Elastix gui.
