I cannot reproduce the issue on my installation. The z-index of the footer is 1050 and chat window above 9000, so it shows on top. I tried by opening a new chat, and by receiving one. And I do not experience that problem at all. I would like to log into your panel and check z-index of those elements. Please contact me via the live help to see if I can check your panel and see why is it doing that.

I have looked at the fopchat.png and i see at the top of the screen the telephone handsets so you can listen, spy etc. I do NOT see them on my screen. Is this an option that needs to be purchased or should it just work? Can you LMK. Thank you.

You must give your user "spy" or "all" permissions via the FOP2 Manager (http://your.server/fop2/admin), in the Users tab.
