Installation on Ubuntu 12.04

Hi all. I am attempting to install FOP2 panel to Ubuntu 12.04 but I cannot figure out what I am missing that is causing it not to start up.
My startup command looks like this:
/usr/local/fop2/fop2_server -dMy error is this:
Can't locare PAR.om in @INC (@INC contains: /etc/perl /usr/local/lib/perl/5.8.8 /usr/local/share/perl/5.8.8 /usr/lib/perl5 /usrshare/perl5 /usr/lib/perl/5.8 /usr/share/perl/5.8 /usr/local/lib/site_perl .) at -e line 942.I have googled it and discovered nothing that helps.
