    Hello!
I tryed to upgrade fop2 as FreePBX module from 1.2.13 to 1.2.15, but got error.

Reload failed because retrieve_conf encountered an error: 1

Install the call forward module for FreePBX, then install fop2admin and it should work fine.

      Best regards,

I'm also having this problem, but I already have call forward module installed.
I've also re-installed call forward module and still can't install fop2 1.2.1.5 module.
Cant downgrade because I haven't got a copy of previous module install file.
        Any suggestions?

Are you sure you have the exact same error? perhaps it is similar but not the same? Installing the CF module will fix it if that is the case. If you want to try a previous version here is the link

          http://download.fop2.com/fop2admin-1.2.14.tgz

          Best regards,

Downgrading to the previous version fixed it, but.....
I discovered that if any CF feature codes are disabled the new version will fail installation.
I enabled all CF feature codes and it installed successfully.

Thanks! I know what to test/look for in order to modify the module code and prevent this from happening to other people.

                  BUMP..

Got this error today when updateing. I have call forwarding installed, but many of the options disabled. Any chance changes could be made to allow me disable call forwarding, yet still use FOP2 admin?? (see CLI output below for error)

fop2admin was already updated to avoid that problem. When did you download fop2admin? And what feature do you have disabled so I can try to reproduce it here?

Ok, fop2admin did a global check, not individual feature code change. I have an experimental build that you might want to try and see if it allows you to use it without some features codes being active:

                      http://download.fop2.com/fop2admin-1.2.16.tgz

Let me know how it works.

                      Best regards,
