Problem Stop Recording

Hello,
stop Recording does not work in our environment, although when I press the recording button again, the display disappears but the recording continues. I can stop the recording manually via the AMI interface so must be a bug fop2?
Do you have a suggestion what we can do?

Getting fed up of having to scroll through the same posts each visit?
