How many characters of the incoming call can be shown in the FOP2 extension button?
How many characters of the incoming call can be shown in the FOP2 Queue window?
I am asking this because, when a customer is calling, the agent wants to see the corresponding name of the customer in the phonebook.
It must be shown in his extension button and in the queue button on the side of the screen.
Also i like to know if it is posible just only to view de CID and customername in the button or is there always the phonenumber prompted also before te name of the customer from the phonebook. -
There is no specific limit, it depends on your browser/os/fonts, etc. You can change the FOP2 theme to make buttons wider, font smaller, etc, to get more content to show:
