Serial code not available for registration

Hi, my elastix server is crash and by this reason I cannot revoke my licence of fop2
When I try to apply my license on the new one, the system show the messageSerial code not available for registration!
Can you help me with this thread ?

You must request a manual revocation either via live help or ticket at support.asternic.biz
