Chrome Extension wont connect

Hello, I am running FOP2 on FreePBX, i have one client that the Chrome extension doesnt connect on. The webpage works, and I compared the configs under var/www/fop2 between a working one and this and they are all the same. I cant see any obvious reason why this would occur. How do I begin to troubleshoot this issue?

Getting fed up of having to scroll through the same posts each visit?
