CID recognition not correct

Hello everyone,
Multiple customers of ours have the problem that the internal number is beeing recognized bij Fop as an external contact.
Example:
Internal number 303 username Marge
Externel customer in Fop2 contactlist: Burbie 0116-112303When Marge calls a college the college sees Burbie in the fop panel and not Marge.
Does someone know what causis this isseu?
