Call Tagging Plugin Help

FOP2 Manager 1.1.5
Tag Queue Calls 1.0.7It was working just fine but then we started getting behavior where it won't show up after a call is finished or it shows up but continues to count call time as if the call is still happening and not allow tagging even though the channel is closed.
I have reinstalled FOP2 and the manager to no effect. -
