What could cause such an error:
usr/local/fop2/fop2_server -X 3
Flash Operator Panel 2 - License file /data/usr/local/fop2/fop2.lic not found.
** SSL Certificate File cannot be read (/etc/pki/tls/certs/localhost.crt). Disabling TLS.
** SSL Certificate Private Key File cannot be read (/etc/pki/tls/private/localhost.key). Disabling TLS.
