Problema de importação da lista telefônica no FOP2

Boa tarde, estou com dificuldade para importar csv, ao clicar em enviar a lista aparece a
mensagem: "No valid fields to import!"
So consigo adicionar contatos clicando na opçao + "adicionar registro", depois exportei e adicionei 1 contato a lista, ao tentar importa a lista me retorna a mesma mensagem "No valid fields to import!"
Estou na vs 2.31.34
