FOP2 login issues as end user. Admin is fine.

PBX Version: 14.0.17
PBX Distro: 12.7.8-2306-1.sng7
Asterisk Version: 13.38.3
Panel Server Status: OK - Version: 2.31.08This issue has recently occurred with no system changes.
I can login to https://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/fop2/admin with no issues but https://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/fop2/ will connect to the 'ONE MOMENT PLEASE' screen then keep trying until it gives up. I have restarted fop, asterisk & the whole system to no avail. I have also disabled the firewall (and re-enabled it) as well as checking the port is open in the firewall.
Any advise would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
