Problemas de instalacion

Buenas!Estoy tratando de instalar el FOP2 sobre elastix. Tengo un server con
Linux 2.6.18-194.3.1.el5 #1 SMP Thu May 13 13:08:30 EDT 2010 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
.Estoy intentando loguearme al FOP2 y queda en Connecting to server, attempt number : 1...2..3..4..5..6..7...
El IPTables esta completamente vacio y el port 4445 esta cerrado.
Ya no se mas que hacer para poder loguearme, cuando tiro un /usr/local/fop2/fop2_server me da:
Flash Operator Panel 2 - No valid license found. Demo Mode
Can't listen to port 4445
Alguien me puede dar una mano con esto?
