When I use FOP2 to dial it ignores the USEROUTCID I set in FreePBX and use the TRUNKOUTCID instead.
    How to correct this.

      hi,

Fop2 does not know about USEROUTCID, TRUNKCID, or anything FreePBX for that matter. FOP2 is an asterisk utility, not a FreePBX utility.

When dialing from FOP2 the callerid is set to the extension number that you define in the button configuration itself, you could create a manual button configuration and set that extension to whatever you want, and it migth work, but you will probably break transfers to that extensions unless your dialplan accepts that useroutcid as a valid inbound extension too.

      Best regards,
