you can also try this command:
/usr/local/fop2/fop2_server --register --rp=http
in some cases the ssl library is not correct and the output is the same, this command uses standard http instead ssl for register.

I think that support is over for FOP2Sorry guys, we are stepping in mail issues with the ticket system, with some missing tickets and lots of new ones that we are getting them slowly solved. We are in the chat as well if you want to join us and ask for any issue, comment or feedback.
Yes, we are working with it and we grew big faster...managing to offer you a better support with faster response.
Sorry again, we work hard on getting our software up to date.

Can't register FOP2try the following command:
/usr/local/fop2/fop2_server --register --rp=http
if you still cannot, you can execute:
/usr/local/fop2/fop2_server --request
and copy the code that outputs along with your activation code and Licensee name you want and send it to support@asternic.net
You will be replied back with a license file that enables your software. -
Could not contact registration servertry this command:
/usr/local/fop2/fop2_server --revoke --rp=http
same to register, /usr/local/fop2/fop2_server --register --rp=http -
demo modeHello
FOP2 shows exactly the first 15 buttons listed and enabled in the Buttons section at FOP2 Manager.
You will need to disable several extensions buttons from that section in order to reach the trunks and queues to be shown.
Best Regards -
Extension Name not Updatedexactly, another way to make sure...is to execute : asterisk -rx "queue show"
and check how the agent is shown....Asterisk will show it with old name...unless you remove it from all the queues it has in and add it again...the name will update correctly and FOP2 will take it with the new name.
FOP2 prioritize how Asterisk shows the agent name above anything.

Upgraded to FreePBX 15 all user, phone books and configuration is gonetry editing the file /var/www/html/fop2/config.php and input the credentials to login to mysql and to database 'asterisk'...
make sure DBNAME is 'asterisk' (you may see 'fop2' but change to 'asterisk') and input correct credentials to login to asterisk database.
Then you can try if phonebook is correct.

FOP2 ActivationHello,
the best alternative to avoid getting the fop2_server file moved and replaced and backed up is to try this command:
/usr/local/fop2/fop2_server --upgrade --rp=http
try that out before trying the fix alizahedi sent (thanks for his message!)

Fresh Install on vanilla asterisk - fop2/admin not logging inHello,
you will need to create the fop2 database and add the schema should be at /var/www/html/fop2/admin/install.sql
mysql -uroot -p fop2 < /var/www/html/fop2/admin/install.sql
(in case you had created the fop2 database in mysql)
After that you can browse the FOP2 Manager (http: // your-server / fop2 / admin ) and see if some data is populated.
In case no buttons are shown up, you will need to create them manually, depends on your pbx configuration, etc.
Also, for debugging FOP2 login you can open in your browser the Javascript console and try to login with it opened to see errors if any.

Cannot get FOP2 to startis fop2 installed in the default web directory?
autoconfig files looks for different distribution files (you can edit it an see that) to detect your GUI / Asterisk distribution and use that database information to connect to the FOP2 Manager database...if not files found, points to /var/www/html/fop2/admin/config.php that should have the correct mysql credentials as you can see the buttons and other stuff in FOP2 Manager.
Is it plain Asterisk your distro or is using a GUI like FreePBX or ISSABEL?

Cannot get FOP2 to startAt the FOP2 Manager, do you see data? buttons, users?
Executing :
/usr/local/fop2/autoconfig-buttons.sh
do you see some output?
maybe have fop1 running ? check it by executing:
netstat -lnp | grep 4445
the command will tell which task is listening into that port....if at the end of line says : fop2_server then its ok...if says /perl then it is fop1 -

Action Bar missing with FreePBX15Hello
Coloured action buttons are icons, and they handle really bad resizing the browser with images. So we switched for FONTS that are perfect for resize and does not deform or hides in certain sizes.
You can always revert for the full color icons following this post:

Adding custom buttons not showing upHello
In /usr/local/fop2/autoconfig-buttons.sh you have at the end of file the buttons_custom.cfg block that you need to uncomment in order to be loaded by the FOP2Manager and show up in the panel.

Chrome Version 84.0.4147.89 Breaks FOP2 https ConnectionsWell...yes...the fact is that FOP2 versions 2.31.27 and lower support only TLS v 1.X that Chrome just removed from its new version. And FOP2 2.31.28 and upcoming supports TLS v2.X.
TLS support it is always suggested, but mostly when you visit the site (in this case FOP2) from WAN.
If you use FOP2 on LAN only, then you can remove TLS support for FOP2 and still connect fine without the need to upgrade it.
