Fop 2.21 beta adds some variables you can use to the monitor filename:
; ${CLIDNUM} = Callerid or Dialed number for the active call
; ${CLIDNAME} = Callerid name for the active call
; ${MBOX} = Mailbox of the extension/user that startend the recording
