I have a park button and I am using the park action button to park a call. The parked call is however not showing on the park button. What could be the reason for that?

edit /etc/sysconfig/fop2 and remove "-X 511" and "-l /var/log.." from it.

You will have to try. If the screen is small and your fingers fat, then you might run into some issues (so I was told).

The FOP2 Manager does not have a way to change some field to all buttons. The Mass Update could be extended, but requires a csv file to be uploaded anyways. So for now you should do it one by one or updating mysql directly (the fop2buttons table). I will probably add a global form to set fields for all buttons or something similar, not sure how to implement it. Best regards,

nope, you can use mysql command line client: mysql -u root -p asterisk -e "delete from fop2users where id > 12123123" (you will have to check the id numbers or whatever other field that will let you select the group of users you want deleted).

Unfortunately, the conference button uses chanspy barge feature and works exactly like that, there is no way to fix it as it is not really broken.

No, but you must remove any fop2.lic file you might have in that installation, otherwise the installation will asume you have a registered version.

On FOP2 I have two groups of extensions with a different name. What happens quite often is that when I apply a filter on fop2 and undo the filter, the groups on my screen switch positions. 2.30.06

Got SIP response 480 "Temporarily not available" back from 10.124.193.26:5060 That one is the important log line on the 2nd call. Is your phone that returns 480 not available. Asterisk attempts to dial that phone and the phone returns that error. FOP2 controls Asterisk, not your phone. It can add/remove astdb entries or custom devstates, it cannot and will not control your phone. If your phone decides to reject a call, reason lies in your own phone. I do not know how are you activating DND from your own phone, but it seems it is not only dialing the FreePBX feature code but doing something else internally. Unfortunately FOP2 cannot modify your phone internals. Look at whatever you use in the phone to set DND, as it seems it is not only dialing the feature code in freepbx but also setting DND in the device itself.

I cannot reproduce that issue. It should correct status for me, every time I try. Please notice that in FOP2, the checkbox is for ENABLE status, while in FreePBX you might have that checkbox for DISABLE status, that means that checked in FreePBX will show unchecked in FOP2 and viceversa.

The FreePBX upgrade script is not a good neighbour then. Changing permissions or anything for files that are not part of the package being upgraded is not a nice thing to do. Best regards,
