Hi, A license problem will not prevent the service from starting/connecting. It will just limit the number of buttons you can see. So, your connection problem is not related to the license (you probably have to fix your license anyways, but that will not help you out with your connection problems). It is possible to change, but not by yourself. Please send me your activation code and your desired name via private email so I can update the registration servers so you can do a reactivation.
