FOP2 on the same machine it has always been on. How do I know what hostname FOP2 is looking for?

Installed FOP2 basic and fullwallboard plugin. I can watch agents make and get queue calls, but the agent stats are not updating correctly. Worked for a while with a FOP tech, but lost him. Agent stats are not accurate at all.

You can monitor multiple extensions, but controlling them might be problematic, as you will use the main extension for doing actions. Go to "fop2 buttons" and find the channel field, you can put there separate channels, like SIP/whatever&SIP/somethingelse&SIP/1234

ooops, yes... you have to edit recording_fop2.pl as the INSERT query there does not have the new field, and thus fails. You will see a line like this: $query = "INSERT INTO $MYSQLTABLE VALUES ('','$uniqueid',now(),'$whorecorded','$whomrecorded','$finalrecording','$duration','$context');"; Just add the empty value for note, if its the last field on the table it should look like: $query = "INSERT INTO $MYSQLTABLE VALUES ('','$uniqueid',now(),'$whorecorded','$whomrecorded','$finalrecording','$duration','$context','');"; Best regards,

If you installed the Elastix FOP2 via marketplace and you want to bypass the Elastix login, you have to log into http://your.server/fop2/fop2.html Best regards,

Chat is available only in the registered version and the UI is slightly updated on the standard (not elastix) release. The standard release has some updates that are not important on Elastix as the Elastix version does not use the native fop2 phonebook nor recording interfaces. (it uses the Elastix interfaces instead).

Yes, it is probably normal. The free version is limited to 15 buttons. Count the buttons you see (without configuring any groups that might limit the number of buttons you see) . If you have 15, then there is no more room to show the other button types. If you want to test every button type, you will have to configure buttons manually. Only the first 15 listed in your buttons.cfg file will work. Best regards,
