There is not much documentation but the file itself. the commands you want to intercept are queueadd and queuelogout You can originate a call to a point in your dialplan, or call the QueueLog command directly. Hi, FOP2 does query for status when it starts. It gets a clear picture of registration status IF there is status reported by Asterisk. SIP Registration status is not the same as users being available or not, that depends on what you consider a "user", and what are the actions performed from them to become available. Contact me via the live help, everything works fine in FOP2 for your environment, including the chat option. perhaps there are some things on your scenario that are not yet clear to me.
