Paid for FOP2 but no license received. -
Paid for FOP2 but no license received. We purchased FOP2 last week but have received no license via email. Also, there's been no response to multiple emails (to sales@ or info@) - and no response to our queries via Twitter either. Have I been conned out of my cash? We have the Paypal email to confirm that the cash has gone out of our account.
If there is anyone actually supporting this product, please make contact ASAP. My next step is to go to PayPal and report this.
Thx.
