Hi everybody.
After moving Asterisk VM (it's clean installation of 1.8.32 to VMware VM) to another identifical VMware Hypervizor everything on Aster works fine except FOP2. It doesn't show buttons correctly. It shows 3 logged of button while it contains appxr. 20.
Only trunk buttons shows correctly.
FOP2 - Version 2.31.03 - Licensed to ...................

It becomes an error till opening it in panel((((

We've solved out 1 and 3 issue...

Guys, at last we have several issues:

1. Supervised transfer doesn't work - works only blind transfer in panel;
2. We can't see outgoing and incoming caller id in extension buttons while making call;
3. After FOP2 base created, buttons added manually to buttons.cfg are absent among extension buttons in the panel.
   ......
   Attached screen and buttons.cfg, fop2.cfg files.

Thanks! What about mysql base for FOP2? Should we create it out?
And what about this warning till FOP2 manager logoff:
"Warning
You must have a functions-custom.php file in the manager directory.
FOP2 Manager - Version 1.1.4"

That file presents in manager directory, but error comes again.
And how we can use FOP2 manger? There aren't any buttons and users in it while we've configured them in *.cfg files....

Haven't any idea?))))) Silence is all around.....

Hi, guys!
We bought FOP2 and use it on FreePBX distro. There is any issues.
But we decided to install it on vanilla Aster.
It connects to manager without issues, but there is any button and user in FOP2 Manager (we installed it too). We thought that FOP2 could work with vanilla Aster too. We've fop2 base with mysql user and password delegation, but there aren't any tables in that.
Is there any full workaround for installing FOP2 on vanilla aster? in your topics there is information about handle setting among using FOP manager, which from that is usable?
Also, we've been getting this error when logging out FOP2 Manager:
"Warning

But functions-custom.php there is in FOP2/admin folder already.
Please help to understand all of this)

Hi, guys! We've bought out 40$ 'Basic' version.
But now we want to test chat functionality to make the decision of upgrading the license to 'IM Chat' version.
Can you give us test period for that?

We've noticed that while trying to Reload FOP2 from FOP2 Manager there is some warning in Asterisk CLI:
[2016-05-12 10:36:48] NOTICE[29016]: manager.c:2480 authenticate: 127.0.0.1 failed to authenticate as '...................'

Thanks! What about it does not reload FOP2 from FOP2 admin? It works only by "fop2 service" restarting(((

Hi, everybody.
We've been testing FOP2 2.30.04 Lite version on Asterisk (Ver. 1.8.32.1) with FreePBX 12.0.34 installed and everything works fine except showing members in 'Conference' button (it always shows empty), actual agent status in 'Queues' button is incorrect (busy/free and on/off status). 'Queues' button agent bug repairs by 'fop2 service' manually restarting till next agent status changing gets take effect (it shows incorrect again)...it is not good to restart service everytime and i think. Except of this, changes that was made from 'fop2 admin manager' doesn't take effect in 'fop2 panel' without same service restarting((( We want to buy it, but without this 'miracle momets')))
