I have checked something:

netstat -lnp |grep 4445

[root@ets-elastix2 fop2]# netstat -lnp |grep 4445

#> cd /usr/local/fop2
#> ./fop2_server

Can't listen to port 4445

Ok, makes sense

But what is the reason to get the follow messages:

When I execute this command: /etc/rc.d/init.d/fop2 restart I am getting op_server.pl: no process killed, and then I am not able to connect to the fop2 panel " Could not connect to server "

[root@ets-elastix2 asterisk]# /etc/rc.d/init.d/fop2 restart
Shutting down Flash Operator Panel 2:                      [  OK  ]
op_server.pl: no process killed
Starting Flash Operator Panel 2:                           [  OK  ]

Could you advise me how to fix that issue.

yes, fop2 is installed in /usr/local/fop2

there is no autoconfig-users-freepbx.sh" no idea why

I have tested my fop2 system, and it shows that error:

[root@elastix fop2]# /usr/local/fop2/fop2_server -test
Flash Operator Panel 2 - Valid License (1)
Can't exec "/usr/local/fop2/autoconfig-users-freepbx.sh": No such file or directory at script/fop2_server.pl line 3068, <CONFIG> line 14.
Connection to manager OK!
[root@elastix fop2]#

Any idea how to fix this?

I did everything from the first post and I got this:

/usr/local/fop2/fop2_server --test
Flash Operator Panel 2 - No valid license found. Demo Mode
Connection to manager OK!

When I try to log in into FOP2 it shows follow error

Could not connect to server

Can you help me, What should I do to make it works..
