FOP2 Button Penalty is Resetting After Applying Configuration Changes on IssabelPBXHi!
My penalty set on each Queue Channel parameters keeps on resetting every time I apply changes on my IssabelPBX config.
Is there any way to prevent this? I think this is a bug. -

I'm able to resolve this issue by relogging in to phone. -

Our FOP2 agent icon is showing busy "-". But the agent extension is not engaged. I already tried restarting fop2, also reloaded asterisk by still the same:
Pending calls won't get through the agent's extension.
Anyone know how to fix this?
