Privacy settings are there to prevent call recording, even if its started from your own extension. Privacy has a higher weight than permissions... so yes, that is expected. If you want to restrict recordings to some users, then use custom permissions for it, or do not grant "record" to anyone, just "recordself".

No, it does not show timers for paused states. For that you can use the full wallboard (if a supervisor wants to check timers for all agents). Or you have a new plugin "Paused Since" that will show individual pause timers to agents (but visible only to the agent).

Yep, in freepbx the queuecontext is 'hardwired', you can modify the file /var/www/html/fop2/admin/update_conf.php and look for this: if($fop2qctx <> $dat['queuecontext']) { $query = "UPDATE fop2buttons SET queuecontext='%s' WHERE device='%s'"; $db->consulta($query,array($dat['queuecontext'],$chan)); $need_update=1; } Just coment the "consulta" line: if($fop2qctx <> $dat['queuecontext']) { $query = "UPDATE fop2buttons SET queuecontext='%s' WHERE device='%s'"; //$db->consulta($query,array($dat['queuecontext'],$chan)); $need_update=1; }
