The solution is in this post:

(you have to edit a php file and remove the .disableSelection() string from it.

Odd that the code has an explicit loop to disable the selections in the first place. Is this still a work in progress?

I have FOP2 2.26, FreePBX 2.9.0.12 on CentOS 64 bit and asterisk 1.8.10.0. The FOP2Admin FreePBX Module 1.2.10 FOP2 Button shows all my extenions, but all the fields are disabled. I have viewed in IE, Firefox and Safari.
Any tips so that I can add values to the ChanSpy Options field?

After digging around last night I figured that was the case. Our setup is pure VOIP so Asterisk was compiled without support for DAHDI so using meetme is not an option for us. Oh well, not a huge issue.

You can add this after the event even to a binary install. Then meetme will work rather than just hanging up...
