Hi,
I got the paid plugin Queue Login and all looks OK but it's not working, even though I have enabled auto login etc. I played around with various setting combinations but non work.
I'm using Panel Server Status: OK - Version: 2.31.47
Anybody have any idea or can help?

Is it possible to set AsterNIC that calls that ring less then 5 seconds in a queue and are hang-up are excluded / not marked as abandon calls?

Hi, we are facing the same problem with this new version, if the agent is not active for some time, for example if he is paused, then the client is disconnected, we tried all option you also suggest but to no avail, even when the in a single TAB.
Our solution is to downgrade back to Version: 2.31.28 (since we never had this problem with that version) and after we downgraded to that version the issues are gone.
So I do believe that the this version 2.31.34 has this disconnect issue and I hope you will look into it.
You can also test it without the Queue login, pause the agent and wait for some time, then you will see in the Asterisk CLI the agents in "not in use" i.e. he was disconnected and connected back, but the agent in FOP2 panel still shows in pause.

When I set Auto Answer to Yes in an extensions preferences in the Panel Manager and then login with that extension on the FOP2 WebRTC phone the setting is not enabled. When I look at the user extension preferences the setting at Phone Auto Answer is set to ON but yet the WebRTC phone is still showing NO and have to slide it to YES.

Due to the recent Chrome issue, we upgrade to v 2.31.28 and also bought the plugin Queue Login 1.0.7 and set the Queue Login when user login to the system but the pop-up does now show. We play around a little with the plugin setting but to no avail.
Is this a common bug or anything I need to set?
