This is what we have in fop2.cfg that seems to work. The user panel still isn't loading, but the page displays the correct cert info.

HTTPS/WSS WebSockets doesn't works with Let's Encrypt Certificates (tested on FOP2 2.31.33)I'm having similar issues, but I don't think that's the correct location for the LetsEncrypt certs that FreePBX manages. Those appears to be the self-signed certs. What we need is either in /etc/asterisk/keys/integration/ or /etc/asterisk/keys/integration/www.yourdomain.com
There are files that appear to be the certificate and key file in both locations. But no matter what I put into fop2.cfg it doesn't work. -
FOP2/LetEncrypt issue? It's been a while since we last installed FOP2. Just added it to an existing 14.0.16.11 system with the one-command install. I can get to the FOP2 admin panel, but the user interface just spins at "connecting to server" and then times out.
We've tried many different settings for the SSL cert and key in fop2.cfg. The docs are not consistent and none are working for us, including:
/etc/letsencrypt/live/www.yourdomain.com/cert.pem
/etc/asterisk/keys/www.yourdomain.com/cert.pem
/etc/asterisk/keys/www.yourdomain.com.crt
/etc/asterisk/keys/integration/certificate.pem (this is what is in Advanced Settings in FreePBX for TLS)
We are using the LetsEncrypt management built into FreePBX. Everything else is working fine, including the FreePBX admin and UCP, and the FOP2 admin panel.
grep ^SSLCertificate /etc/httpd/conf.d/* returns nothing.
I added a custom service for TCP/4445 in the FreePBX responsive firewall.
I ran sudo iptables -I INPUT -p tcp -m tcp --dport 4445 -j ACCEPT
I cannot telnet to port 4445 on the system. Not sure if that should work or not.
Appreciate any input from someone who has this working. -
Connection issue with updated FreePBX firewall settingsFixed. If you are using the certificate module in FreePBX you need to edit /user/local/fop2/fop2.cfg
Find the two lines that start with ssl_certificate and change the certificate and key path to:
/etc/asterisk/keys/your.domain.com.crt
/etc/asterisk/keys/your.domain.com.key
Where "your.domain.com" matches the host you have configured for LetEncrypt in Certificate Management.
Then restart FOP2 (service fop2 restart) and the panel should load. -
Connection issue with updated FreePBX firewall settingsBump. Still no fix here...

Connection issue with updated FreePBX firewall settingsThis command also did not resolve the problem:
sudo iptables -I INPUT -p tcp -m tcp --dport 4445 -j ACCEPT -
Connection issue with updated FreePBX firewall settingsWe've modified the FreePBX firewall settings on most of the systems we support to accommodate the change in LetsEncrypt updating; port 80 is only allowed to the LetsEncrypt folder.
The FOP2 admin panel will open, but the end-user GUI will not. It gets stuck with this in the lower right corner:
"Could not connect to port 4445 using flash xmlsockets protocol"
We've added a custom service for port 4445 TCP in the FreePBX firewall and allowed from local (all FOP2 users are local). That didn't resolve. We then added 443. Same result. Allowed from Internet and Other zones. Same result. -
Fop2 Admin Panel not log inJust upgraded an affected system from 2.31.11 to 2.31.14 and still cannot login to the admin panel with the integrated fr33pbx login. Help?

Fop2 Admin Panel not log inHaving the same problem here. Just updated FOP2 to 2.31.12. Now cannot login to the admin panel. FreePBX 10.13.66-20. Have restarted the FOP2 service several times.

Drag and drop doesn't workFOP2 2.31.07.
Drag/drop transfer is enabled. Doesn't work in IE11 or FF50.x. The button just doesn't drag with the mouse; it never moves to be dropped onto another button. Have disabled D&DT, restarted FOP2, re-enabled D&DT and again restarted FOP2. No change.

Xfer to voicemail button sets DNDSolved: DND toggle is defaulted to *76. Some extensions start with 76xx. So when FOP2 or the ##*ext was sending ##**7642 (for example), it was being executed as son as the 6 was entered as a DND toggle. Disabling that feature in FreePBX solved the problem.

Xfer to voicemail button sets DNDWe are having an issue with FOP2 2.31.07 where the Transfer to Voicemail button seems to be setting DND on extension instead of transferring the call to voicemail. Once set, it cannot be un-set using FOP2, only with *79 from the handset. The handset does not show DND enabled, just FOP2.
We are running FreePBX 10.13.66-15 against Asterisk 13.10.0

Phone Book IssuesAny update on this? We have some frustrated users on 2.30.04.
-
Phone Book IssuesWe also have users reporting some issues:
- Existing contacts do not appear in the list, but can be found by searching.
- Screen has to be refreshed after first click on Contacts to get the list to appear.
- Group arrangement settings are not sticking between login sessions (this may be user error; have not verified).
-
Window close confirmation disableThe setting to disable to "Are you sure" prompt when closing the FOP2 browser session used to be in presence.js. In 2.30.04 it seems to be moved, or removed from that file. How do we disable that prompt now?

Fake Continuous Call ShowingI've seen this same issue with two installs. At one, conferences intermittently get "stuck" as in use when they are not. At the other it was, coincidentally, a user trying to forward their phone and the extension got stuck as "in use" in FOP2. Always, a 'service fop2 restart' fixes it. Running 2.29.02 in both locations where this has happened.

Conference shows in use when notWe are stilling having this issue on a regular basis. The in-use state of the conference clears if I restart the FOP2 service. This install is running 2.29 of FOP2 against FreePBX 6.12.65-27 of FreePBX and Asterisk 11.17.1. Let me know if there is any info I can collect to help.
Edit to add: I just noticed that 2.29.01 is out. I've downloaded and installed that. Will post back if the problem recurs.

Conferences shown in use when notOngoing issue with a FreePBX 6.12.65-24, Asterisk 11, FOP2 2.29 system where after use completes, conferences show as in-use. Service fop2 restart clears it, but it happens again the next time the conference is used.
Bria and iSymphony are NOT installed.
-
Conference shows in use when notSelf-solved: Restarted the FOP2 service and the ghost-call cleared and it seems to be adding a removing calls from the conference correctly now.

Conference shows in use when notWe have a conference that we setup and tested with the leader/admin PIN. That initial call was hung up (two weeks ago) but the conference still shows that it has a participant in FOP2. I called in and tried to access the conference with a participant PIN but it says the leader is not yet in the conference, so it seems like FreePBX knows that the call FOP2 shows is in it really is not. How can we clear this from FOP2?
