You need to set the CDRDBTABLE
So in this case, you have the pbxlogs DB and cdr TABLE, so:
$CDRDBTABLE = "pbxlogs.cdr";

No, there is no limitation on how many users are triggered the Popup URL.
This is most likely a blocker or the clients (browsers) are not using the same plugin version.

AFAIK fop2_server is not a java application, so log4j does not apply.

Manager Connection Problem:

1. check Asterisk Manager Interface credentials
2. if fop is not in the same server, make sure fop can reach port 5038 in freepbx server.

If you get "permission denied", maybe is because you don't have the proper file permissions.
Try running commands with sudo, eg: "sudo vi /......"
You don't need to stop fop in order to change its configuration, you can change it and then restart fop.
Fop reads config files /db data , during start time.

You need to reload fop after the fop2buttons table is updated.
Fop does not keep a state based on the DB contents. If data changes in the DB, fop needs to reload.

Run fop2_server with test parameter to know which license (if any) you are running:
/usr/local/fop2/fop2_server --test
