As far as I know, that option should be there.
If all else fails, you can copy the files manually, extract the .tar.gz inside /var/www/html/admin/modules

Copy all the first part of index.html up to the <body> and replace that in index_only_extensions and try again.
There are some .js files that are missing in index_only_extensions. it is not hard at all to make it work but requires a little bit of effort.
Everything seems correct, except that there is no information sent to the flash client on the newstate or link events. That happens if you do not have that channel defined or you are not allowed to view status based on group or context configuration.
