When i login to fop then i cant dial a number it nothing happens

pickup doesn´t workhy
I have installed fop 2.11 on TrixBox 2.8.0.4 in vmware 2.0.
When i will pickup a call i marked the ringing extension an then i click pickup but nothing happens.
what i need to setup?thanks
