Is the extension listed as a button? If not, action buttons won't appear. Your extension must show if you want the action buttons to appear.

All possible configuration options are always listed on the same fop2.cfg file (commented). If you upgrade fop2 from an older version, then it would be in fop2.cfg.new.

Well good new I was within my 1 year so I upgraded to the newest version and that fixed it. I did find a post about version 2.22 having issues with the Listen feature working so I decided to upgrade. Thanks for you help!!

You can edit
/var/www/html/fop2/js/presence.js
And change the time there, among several other global settings that affect the client experience:
var notifyDuration = 6;
Increase the value (by default, 6 seconds).
