Hi, I have tested 2.28 rpm with centos 6 and 7 and it worked fine. Not sure what problem you might be having. Just to be sure, I have created a centos 6.5 64 bits image on Digital Ocean, installed apache, installed wget, download fop 2.28, ran make and then run ./fop2_server and worked just fine. In fact, perl was not installed. Then I tried installed perl via yum, and tried again, and worked once more time. With the same version you have [root@centos65 fop2]# perl --version This is perl, v5.10.1 (*) built for x86_64-linux-thread-multi So, I am not sure what could have happened. Perhaps the par-root directory was created incorrectly try removing it rm -rf /tmp/par-root And then try to run fop2_server again best regards,

Are you using device & user mode in freepbx? Or custom button configuration? If the later, please post a snippet of your button config. You can start fop2_server in debug mode and look at the output looking for clues.

Sorry, I confused things as I'm experiencing a second issue which means that I can't test the original problem. I'll post a new topic, and come back to this one when I can reproduce it.

FOP2 does not control the call flow, but issues Asterisk commands via the AMI interface. If you have the atxfer manager command working (aterisk 1.6.2 and up), and you do not have blind_transfers=1 in fop2.cfg, then any transfer you try to make will issue the atxfer manager command. From that point , everything is controlled by the phone or asterisk itself. One possible way to take the call back to you is to drop/hangup the channel you are talking to via fop2. That might work, but it would be better to use the standard atxfer methods (via your phone/handset dialpad).
