In asterisk sip.conf or in freepbx in each extension configuration.

If you use autoconfiguration you will have to modify the autoconfig-buttons-freepbx.sh script and look for the mysql query that generates them and modify it according to your needs. If you use manual configuration, just write the config in the order you want.

The action submenu in extension will show if you have queues defined, or emails defined for the button.. The options it will add are to send email, add extension to queue XXX, remove extension from queue XXX, pause member, etc. If you do not have any queue buttons in view, and no email set, it will not show. For the action submenu tu work you must have fop2.js version 2.11. On trunk and queue buttons de action submenu changes behaviour, it lets you pick up calls when clicking a waiting call or a trunk detail call. It depends on what features did you install and use.. if you are using the phonebook, you will want to export the records or dump the fop2 database, and import on the new install. And if you have some special configs, they will be probably inside fop2.cfg. The license file is fop2.lic, however if you swap server you will have to re register your copy with the same code. You have to stop the service before running it in debug mode: service fop2 stop (assuming you use centos/redhat) and then: /usr/local/fop2/fop2_server -X 15

Hi Luis, fop2admin is for fop2. FOP2 is a different product than the regular FOP, or FOP1 if you want. The regular FOP is included in FreePBX and is open source. FOP2 in the other hand is not included in FreePBX and it is not open source. If you want to try fop2, you must download it from the downloads page and install it apart from the fop2admin module. fop2admin only works in conjunction with FOP2, it does not work with the regular FOP. If you are not using the beta, you have the only version released (2.0). You can run "/usr/local/fop2/fop2_server -v" to find out. I am currently packaging the beta as version 2.10. I hope to have Centos and Debian versions released today.

The automatic configuration will default to "all" permissions to everyone. You can tweak that script or download the beta together with the FreePBX module to set individual permissions. Or set up users manually. Search in the forums for download locations for the beta, there are several posts. I am just about to release the beta as version 2.10. You can also wait a couple of days for the official release.

Not sure what you want to organize. If that comes from autoconfiguration and you do not like what you have, you can 1) edit the autoconfiguration scripts. 2) configure by hand.

The installation will copy the new files over, and it will preserve config files in place. It will also make a backup of every replaced file, appending a suffix like ~ (depends on your distro) After updating the software, you will have to do some manual tweaking to enable new features: Visual Phonebook: The visual phonebook was improved.
