Hey all, We are having ongoing issues with FOP2 and the new version (2.31.13) that when we add extensions to the PBX FOP2 becomes very slow to react to users commands. If a user of FOP2 tries to "pause" themselves in a queue it either does nothing or can take up to 3 or 4 minutes to react. The only fix we have been able to find is to do a "service fop2 restart" at the CLI level. Any one else got the same issue????

We have a issue that when a user sends a chat message to another user it sends (displays twice). Has anyone else seen this? Is there a fix????

Hey Guys, We have a customer who wants to turn off ringing sound on Queues. I know it used to be in /var/www/html/fop2/js/presence.js but does not seem to be in there any longer. Where is is located now? With thanks Alan Scott

FOP2 tracks calls using their channel name. So if you could make asterisk use a different channel name for a trunk even if they have the same ip address, then FOP2 will follow. If you cannot do that, then FOP2 will also follow. You have to see if its possible to do it within asterisk, not fop2. Best regards,
