    Sorry to wake such an old post but I'm having this problem and haven't been able to solve it.
    I have Elastix 2.5 and FOP 2.28. When using Users and Devices, when I login, most of the time (but not all) the extension that was on the device continues to show it's in a call to *11 and continues to look as thought connected, and when I logoff, the state of the user appears as though still logged in and the *12 call still active (forever).
    The event I see in debug mode looks correct:
    127.0.0.1 <- Event: UserEvent
    127.0.0.1 <- Privilege: user,all
    127.0.0.1 <- UserEvent: UserDeviceRemoved
    127.0.0.1 <- Uniqueid: 1580380014.8496411
    127.0.0.1 <- Data: 51133,44444

    Which event is it looking at?

    I noticed the hangup event is usually right before it notifies the browser and the AccountCode is missing and the CallerIdNum is the new user on the device:
    127.0.0.1 <- Event: Hangup
    127.0.0.1 <- Privilege: call,all
    127.0.0.1 <- Channel: SIP/44444-00237eb8
    127.0.0.1 <- Uniqueid: 1580379756.8495839
    127.0.0.1 <- CallerIDNum: 44444
    127.0.0.1 <- CallerIDName: device
    127.0.0.1 <- ConnectedLineNum: <unknown>
    127.0.0.1 <- ConnectedLineName: <unknown>
    127.0.0.1 <- AccountCode:
    127.0.0.1 <- Cause: 16
    127.0.0.1 <- Cause-txt: Normal Clearing
    Any ideas?

  • Firefox 11.0 issues?

    Then perhaps im going at this the wrong way.
    I have an autodirect from http to https. In IE, the fop2 is extreamly slow to connect and when it finally does, it doesnt show correct values (it shows all extensions as connected and then just freezes like that).
    If i disable the ssl autodirect it works fine.
    In chrome it works fine also with ssl.
    If it has nothing to do with websockets, any ideas?

    disableWebSocket = true doesn't seem to be working for me either.
    I notice that in some place on this forum it's written "disableWebsockets", sometimes "disableWebSockets", and in my presence.js file and on the installation manual site "disabeWebSocket".
    Can you please confirm what is correct?
    Thank you

  • Reload option not working on FOP2 Manager 1.0.3

    Thanx for your reply. Problem is my license is more than a year old so it doesn't let me upgrade.
    I tried manually copying the files but "fop2_server -v" still says I have 2.28

    Sorry to wake such an old post but I am having the same problem.
    When I make changes to buttons or users, the changes only take affect after running "service fop2 reload".
    The reload in the manager doesn't work for me.
    I have 2.28 installed and had management 1.0.3. just upgraded the management to 1.0.5 (which now says version 2.0) and still same problem.
    Any ideas what I should check?
    Thanx

    Thanx. Even that was already very helpful!

    I have added in my dialplan the following in order to spy on channels with a code:
    exten => _*222x.#,1,Authenticate(1234)
    exten => _*222x.#,1,Macro(user-callerid,)
    exten => _*222x.#,n,Answer
    exten => _*222x.#,n,NoCDR
    exten => _*222x.#,n,Wait(1)
    exten => _*222x.#,n,ChanSpy(sip/${EXTEN:4},q)
    exten => _*222x.#,n,Hangup

    would it be very complicated to fix it so it will work like fop2 and find the correct channel in user&device mode?
    Thank you!

    Sorry to "wake up" such an old post but does someone have such a script? I would also appreciate seeing on call recordings in FOP2.

    Further clarification: In the admin console the Hebrew name shows up properly in the Label field, only in the panel does it not show up correctly.

    Thank you,
    I added "if (!$clidname)" before the query and put the rest in a block { } and that seems to serve my purpose. If the callerid has a name, (because it's an internal extension), it won't look in the phonebook.

    Would love if the popup would work also when the window is minimized but don't know how to do that yet.
    Will have to look into it.
    If you have something ready or a pointer in the right direction that would be appreciated.

    And another issue regarding the same topic, if I have an extension, say 200, and a number in the phone book that ends with 200, on incoming internal calls from 200, it will show the name of the contact from the address book, instead of the internal extension's name.

    I think I am experiencing the same issue but will explain:
    The Google chrome extension popup works even if chrome is minimized, but even if the CID appears in the phone book, the name doesn't appear in the popup, even though the popup in the FOP2 panel itself shows the name.
    Is there any way to fix this?
    Thank you

    Thanx for your reply.
    In Elastix I create extensions with a Hebrew Display Name.
    They are imported automatically to fop2 and in the manager show up as Hebrew. (I can't seem to find the buttons.cfg file).
    So again, in the manager, the Hebrew Label shows up fine. In FOP2, Hebrew in the Queues and Active Line shows up fine.
    But the label in the FOP2 shows as jibberish.

    I am using the Hebrew and most things seem to work very well. But I am having 1 important issue. I give my sip extensions Hebrew names and in most places (queues, active calls...) the name shows up fine but for some reason in the extension name (next to the number) it shows up as jibberish.
    Any idea why?
    I use Chrome as in IE it is much slower to login, and for some reason if I open the panel in IE it freezes up and stops sending updates to everyone until the asterisk service is restarted.
    Thank you!

  • how to change voicemail file .wav to .WAV, FOP2.2

    Hello,
    This fixed the download problem, but I still can't play the voicemail directly from FOP2 if the format is wav49. Regular wavs play properly.
    Is there a way to fix this?
    Thank you
