    Hi,
Same here. When making tests on user with all permissions every thing is ok, but when user with restricted permissions - log in is ok, but log off not remove agents from queues.

    FreePBX 2.11 and Asterisk 11

I've compared files on admin/js, and there were some differences with manager from 2.29.00. After replacement with manager from older fop2, everything goes fine.

    Hi Nicolas,
Thanks for the update, now called numbers shows correctly.
But I have another question. Is it normal to have no possibility to edit or even view user setting in FOP2 Manager? I'am clicking on user but nothing happens, I just can remove it and create again. If you need any additional info please let me know.

Than what could be the problem with my installation? Our company is licensed user of fop2, we are using fop2 2.27 and planning to buy a license update, so we could move to Asterisk 13, FreePBX 12 and FOP 2.29.

When I dial internal virtual number 5001 redirected to IVR it shows dstring, when I dial external phone number through a SIP trunk I get recordchek.
    Same on Asterisk 12.

    Hi admin!
I'am testing version 2.29 of FOP2 with Asterisk 13 and I've also get a "dstring" and "recordcheck" when dialing, please take look at the screenshot.

  • Call forward - not work

    Hi,
I have updated the plugin "set call forward" to 1.0.1 and now I have a strange issue insted of call forward.
    I configured extension to 2135 or 90555760050.
    Astdb checked and found:

    [root@localhost ~]# asterisk -x 'database show' | grep 2102 | grep CF
    /CF/2102 : MjEzNQ==
    [root@localhost ~]# asterisk -x 'database show' | grep 2102 | grep CF
    /CF/2102 : OTA1NTU3NjAwNTA=

    FOP2 Version: 2.28
    Centos 6.5 x86_x64
    Asterisk 10.12.1
    FreePBX 2.11.0.42
    Set Call Forward plugin 1.0.1

But when I set a call forward throght a feature code it works fine:
    [root@localhost ~]# asterisk -x 'database show' | grep 2102 | grep CF
    /CF/2102 : 2135
    [root@localhost ~]# asterisk -x 'database show' | grep 2102 | grep CF
    /CF/2102 : 90555760050

Is there a way to roll back to version 1.0.0 of Set Call Forward plugin or where I can get it?

I can assure you that there are no any log_member_name_as_agent or log_membername_as_agent parameter at my configuration. I'm using Asterisk 11.7.0 and FreePBX 2.11.0.38.

    [root@CCPBX parselog]#
    [root@CCPBX parselog]# grep -r member_name /etc/asterisk/
    [root@CCPBX parselog]# grep -r membername /etc/asterisk/
    [root@CCPBX parselog]#

I've tried out tailqueuelogFreePBX28 and now Asterisk queue log messages doubles:

    1404895589|1404895587.0|5101|Local/2101@from-queue/n|ADDMEMBER|
    Check agent Andrey Dudnikov
Exists in cache Andrey Dudnikov = 2
    1404895589|MANAGER|5101|Andrey Dudnikov|ADDMEMBER|
    Check agent Andrey Dudnikov
Exists in cache Andrey Dudnikov = 2

    1404895762|1404895759.1|5101|Local/2101@from-queue/n|REMOVEMEMBER|
    Check agent Andrey Dudnikov
Exists in cache Andrey Dudnikov = 2
    1404895762|MANAGER|5101|Andrey Dudnikov|REMOVEMEMBER|
    Check agent Andrey Dudnikov
Exists in cache Andrey Dudnikov = 2

    /usr/local/fop2/fop2_server -v

    fop2_server version 2.27

I'm using it with Asterisk 11 and FreePBX 2.11. Buttons were configured with autoconfiguration, and in table fop2buttons there is MemberName filled up with name, but any way in messages there is just Local/2101@from-queue/n not the name.

  • FOP2 ADDMEMBER/REMOVEMEMBER issue

    HI,

Every time I add member to a queue in a FOP2 I get following messages in queue_log file:

    1404293734|MANAGER|5101|Local/2101@from-queue/n|ADDMEMBER|
    1404293738|MANAGER|5101|Local/2101@from-queue/n|REMOVEMEMBER|

But when i add member through feature code *455101 i get following messages:

    1404293806|1404293803.0|5101|Local/2101@from-queue/n|ADDMEMBER|
    1404293806|MANAGER|5101|Andrey Dudnikov|ADDMEMBER|
    1404293819|1404293817.1|5101|Local/2101@from-queue/n|REMOVEMEMBER|
    1404293819|MANAGER|5101|Andrey Dudnikov|REMOVEMEMBER|

As you can see when I use feature code Asterisk use MemberName in ADDMEMBER/REMOVEMEMBER messages, and I can find this in a Asternic CC Stats Pro by the agent name. But when I use FOP2 GUI I should find it by Agent/[number] in Asternic CC Stats Pro.
Is there a way to change queue_log messages to use MemberName when I add agent through FOP2 GUI?
