I had flash installed but had an addon called Flashblock installed as well. This was preventing the load. I added the site to the allowed site and not I can login. Thanks for the help

It would not involve only fop2 but also modifying your IVR to set specific manager user events that you want to track. FOP2 can be extended/customized, but it will probably not be enough. An IVR is not a regular application but a mix of dialplan logic, applications, etc.. There is no way to define an IVR or to know what are the interesting parts to report on.

Did you install the fop2 admin module? If that is the case, and the install was done before creating the extensions, you will have to create the users from the web gui. Anyways it is really easy, as you have to click Add User - Save - Add User - Save. So yes, you will have to create the users by hand. Or you can just add them to the fop2users mysql table by hand.
