Hello,

I purchase years ago an unlimited license for version 2.26.
Sometimes our asterisk server crashed due to blackout.
Every times, when I restart the appliance, I need to reactivate FOP2 using the license code.
This time, when I try to re-register FOP I see the following message:

License Activation

Enter your serial code: XXXXXXX
Serial code not available for registration!

I bind the license to eth1 interface and I define it during registration and in init script.

Could you kindly help me to solve the problem?

I updated my test appliance to FOP 2.27.

If I select an extension and then I press the "DIAL" button, my device does not ring. Same thing if I enter a phone number in the "DIAL" field and then I press enter.
Looking the asterisk console I see a call by the user 514 to the user 514, so the call is blocked.

With FOP 2.26 I've never had this problem: by pressing the "DIAL" button my phone rang and, when I answered, the call the the other user started.
Moreover, with the previous version, in the asterisk console I don't see any call to myself, but only the call to the desired extension.

The following are the details of my system:
 - Asterisk 1.4
 - FreePBX 2.9
 - Calling Device: SIP/914
 - Calling User : 514
 - Called Device: SIP/911
 - CalledUser : 511
 - FOP 2:27 last release
 - FreePBX Plugin 1.2.15
 - Autogenerated button

I also debugged FOP with parameters "-X 511- l /var/log", but I don't find the way to attach it to this post.

Could you kindly be able to check if I've done something wrong in the configuration?
Or is this a known problem?

I disabled the websocket and enabled the debug.
For now, all right, we will see in the coming days.

thanks for the quick response. I will try as soon as possible to enable debugging and eventually to disable websocket.
I would point out also that I noticed something else quite curious: when I restart FOP2 after a crash, I find that the license is disactivated. Thus, I have to reactivate it manually. Is this the normal behavior?

P.S. When it is scheduled the final release of FOP 2.27?

We have several installations of FOP 2.26 on FreePBX 2.9: all work well and there were no problems.
Only by a client we are notified that about once a month FOP2 suddenly stops and they are no longer able to login to the web interface. When I connect I note that the service is actually stopped.
I tried to enable debugging, as you have indicated in several posts, but given the rarity of the problem I could not pick up anything interesting.
After a few months, the issue is becoming quite critical.

Do you have any suggestion or solution to the problem?
The version 2.27beta could solve the problem? Since this is a "beta" I can make sure that there are no other instabilities that could worsen the situation of our client?

1. The drag-and-drop works now. It was just a configuration error.

1. The drag-and-drop seems to not work always, even if I'm not been able to reproduce the problem systematically. So I'm sorry but I can not therefore give you additional details.

2. Updating to version 2.27beta did not longer works correctly the click-to-call feature. With version 2.26 I've never had any problems with this. Do may I have to change some parameters?

The improvements mentioned are very interesting.
I've installed the beta version, but it still has some bugs.
When it is scheduled a stable release?
