SOLVED: it was firewall related. I have some complex vlan setups and the cisco was not letting 4445 across the firewall inspection from http. working now. thanks.

The latest script for elastix is this one: http://download.fop2.com/recording_elastix.pl.txt It is included in FOP 2.27. However, we already fixed your issue over the live help by using the standard fop2 recording interface and recording_fop2.pl script. Best regards,
