This works, providing the alert plugin is enabled for the user, the channel is correct ([SIP/xxx] header in FOP2 autobuttons configuration ouput): exten => 2222,n,UserEvent(Alert,Channel: SIP/111,Family: alert,Value: hello world~error~10) It is possible that you will have to conver the channel to upper case, try setting it to SIP/21_SNOM in the user event and see if it makes a difference. IF you want to broadcast to all connected users, try the pseudo channel GLOBAL_ALERT. Best regards,

You can get the plugin by hand: cd /var/www/html/fop2/admin wget http://download.fop2.com/plugins/queuestats-1.0.0.tgz tar zxvf queuestats-1.0.0.tgz Then in your fop2.cfg file be sure you have the plugin listed, before any user= entries. plugin=queuestats:/var/www/html/fop2/admin/plugins/queuestats Then you can assign the plugin to some user: user=100:password:all::queuestats I made some work on Db libraries to add sqlite and postgres compatibility, but there are some critical issues because of field names/types that needs work, or at least a change in schema that will break existing mysql users. So it is not something simple to do.

you can only have one buttonfile=xxx line per context but you can use multiple includes within included files.

I have to find the time to setup two servers and make some tests, as it sounds and smells like a fop2 bug. Unfortunately time is quite limited lately.

What happens internally is what I said. If the queue member does not match the button in fop2, or the extension/context if its a local channel, then it won't be renamed. In the other hand, if the queue member has a name defined, and the channel/device matches the fop2 button definition, or the extension@queuecontext of a local queue member, then it will be renamed. Hi, the QUEUEMEMBERADDED and QUEUEMEMBERREMOVED events work fine for me like described above, but when I try to catch the QUEUEMEMBERPAUSED event, it does nothing.
