I have voicemail admin permission assigned to users, they can hover over the envelope and it does display number of new and old messages but when you click on the envelope the VM box opens but shows no messages. This happens regardless of browser or user. New and old message folders are empty.

If I purchase the Asternic Call Stats Pro along with the Full Wallboard plugin for the fop2 does the agent screen update itself in real-time with inbound and outbound call data?

I have changed the name of an extension within the admin section along with changing the button name in that same admin area. When I login to fop2 however the old name of that button/extension still exists. Any idea why this might be so? I've tried to run an fop2 reload and restart but the old name still remains. Thanks

When I attempt to log into admin (FOP2 Server Status: OK - Version: 2.31.10) There is no plugin button on the left hand side of the screen? Has anyone else noticed this?

You will have to start fop2 in debug mode and look at the logs once you attempt the transfer. http://support.asternic.biz/?/selfhelp/view-article/how-to-debug-fop2/10 It could be for a number of reasons that is failing, the full fop2 log will tell what command is being sent and the response to that.

Could be added, but then you have to define which extensions to allow for each user, somewhere, adding lots of works/complexity into the mix. We have a CDR module (commercial), that provides much more functionality, including the ability to define users that are allowed to run reports on a subset of extensions. You will have to write some php glue, you can use the samples provided as a base: http://developer.force.com/cookbook/recipe/interact-with-the-forcecom-rest-api-from-php It is not simple nor direct as you must register your application into salesforce so you can authenticate using oauth, etc.
