Thanks very much that's fixed it !
My autoconfig-buttons-freepbx.sh script only had:
do
echo "channel=DAHDI/i$ZAPNUM"
echo "channel=ZAP/$ZAPNUM"
done[/color:1uwnpldu]
So I actually added:
echo "channel=DAHDI/$ZAPNUM"
[/color:1uwnpldu]
And that seems to have fixed it!
