Hi,

I currently have an installation with static Queue members that use soft phones. I'd like them to not show up in the queue section on the right hand side when they are not registered (computer is off).

Is this possible? I already have them not showing up on the left extension list when they aren't registered, but still see them in the queue list.

Hi there.

We have a bunch of static agents that use softphones to answer queue calls. We'd like to have it when the computer is off and the softphone isn't registered that the extension not show up in the queue list. How can we do that? We already have it not show up in the extension list when offline, but it's still in the queues with a busy icon over it?
