Panel Manager - Version 1.2.4
My browser is stuck at **Connecting to server, attempt number : 1 **
After some time, I get the message "System is not available right now".
FOP2 is hosted on a https://panel.mydomain.com/panel/
Please help.

My extension state shows MEETING. I'm not even sure how it changed. How can I change it to AVAILABLE?

Latest FreePBX ISO installation
Asterisk 16.6.2
FOP Version 2.31.27
Panel Manager - Version 1.2.2

1. I've created a user: 9000
2. User Preferences > Automatic Popup = YES
3. User Preferences > Ringing = https://www.google.com/search?q=#{CLIDNUM}
4. User Preferences > Notification = YES.
5. [Accept]
6. [Submit Changes]
7. [Reload Panel]
   Now if I go back to "User Preferences", Notification shows NO. I've tried this multiple times.

In /usr/local/fop2/fop2.cfg, I have set notify_on_ringing=1
Is there anything I have missed?
I'm unable to get the call popup to work.
I do get sound alerts whenever a call enters a queue.
Any help is appreciated,

Is there anyway to remove "Dialpad", "filter" textbox, "dial" textbox, "available" dropdown?
I've not included anything from the dropdown options in PERMISSIONS but still the above elements are showing.

I am using Elastix 2.0.3 (64bit).
I have just upgraded to the latest FOP2

But now, all my extensions are grey

Pls suggest where should I look for problems ?

Hello,

Is there any way to have the "Waiting Calls = x" displayed in the web page's title bar.
Its handy to see the WAITING CALLS in the title bar when the monitor web page is minimized.

Not sure what your problem is... I asked you to run /usr/local/fop2/autoconfig-users-freepbx.sh so you can see the list of valid users and password to login to fop2, but you did not do it and email some other captures that are not related at all with fop2.

Everything looks good above.

But restarting amportal gave some unexpected results:

Looks like FOP2 is not starting.

Hello,

CentOS 5 64 bit Host with latest VirtualBox and Elastix 64 bit Guest.
Installed the appropriate latest tarball of FOP2
Installation went well and I service fop2 start does not throw any errors.

When I try to login, it just won't work.
After entering username/password and press enter, the form again sliding down.
How to debug ?

Are there any known issues with 64 bit Elastix + FOP2 ?

The license key is bound to the production server and this is a new test server hence, for now, I am working with the free version.

Hello,

Here is what happens....
I start my PC, open browser (IE8), open fop2 application and see the panel running...
I leave the PC unattended for about 4 hours.
Then if I make a test call, FOP2 seems dead.... does not show any activity.

config.php has the following:

ini_set("session.cookie_lifetime", "0");    // conservar session hasta que se cierre el navegador
ini_set("session.gc_maxlifetime", 60*60*24); // duracion maxima de la session

If this is an expected behavior, how can I keep FOP2 alive for 24 hours ?
If not, where should I start debugging ?

fop2 is installed on TB ISO install (CentOS)

Hello,

I have built a small script around FOP2 to pass user's preferences.
Hence I had to rename index.html to index.php
No change in original source code, just added a few simple mysql insert commands.

I am getting the following errors in apache logs

Hi,

One my user needs pop up & one does not.
Hence I created a small html form which asks for Need POPUP [Y/N].
The result is submitted to /fop2/index.php (I renamed index.html to index.php)

But the popup happens via an internal script call to checkdir.php

How can I pass the variable $_POST[pop_up] to checkdir.php and then to the function custom_popup($_GET)

I tried SESSION, COOKIES, GLOBAL and none seem to be working.
SESSION works, but expires if there is no call for a long time, I can increase the value of session expire to a longer duration, but I do not want to risk. COOKIES, once again, my comfort level is low.

Could not get GLOBAL to work. I followed a text book example, but some how its not working, I am sure I am missing something.

Any help is appreciated.
