You can set privacy to that button, it will hide callerid but it will show as orange. What is the point to have a button with no status at all? You could create a dummy button for it, with a bogus channel name.

How do you delete the voicemail? VIa the phone? Via fop2 voicemail explorer ? Via some other web based voicemail interface? If the later, asterisk will not send an event notifying of a voicemail update/deletion. You can somehow fix this by setting: pollfreq = 30 In /etc/asterisk/voicemail.conf Best regards,

the new fop2 version changed the red to blue. It has nothing to do with permissions, is just a cosmetic change. Best regards,

Action submenu will show if you are allowed to perform the actions listed in the menu: to send email you must configure an email in the fop2 buttons page in fop2 admin for your extensions for add/remove/pause from queue, you must see a queue button on screen, and you must have "all" or "queuemanager" fop2 permissions for chat, you must have the chat license etc...
