  • Is FOP2 / Asternic still in business?

As much as I love Telegram, that is not replacement for a forum.
I took a look at that group, but it is sooooo unreadable, especially with my knowledge of Spanish (which comes down to 3 phrases that I would not mention here). Everything is mixed up in a single thread, really hard to find anything. Also, you can G-Translate a forum, which is much harder with Telegram.
So the answer to the original question: they might still be in business, but that is not a good way to run a business.

Well, FOP2 is neither Free nor OpenSource, so this does not affect FOSS reputation. This is actually good for FOSS, because if FOP2 was FOSS then there would be many contributors to share the load...
I am looking forward to day when I will be able to "git clone" FOP2 and use it on anything newer than Centos or Debian from 5-10 years ago, like current openSUSE, and be able to fix some things that I don't like (and contribute my changes in case anybody else needs them).
Btw, I hope that nothing serious happenened to @nicolas, maybe just got tired and took a deserved vacation 🙂

  • Queue Login Plugin for FOP2 2.28

    Plugins

    Hello,

we have bought the plugin a few days ago and installed it today, but it is not working right. Sometimes it offers to log in to queue, but most of the times it does not. Also on log out from FOP2, agents remain logged in to queue most of the time, even if they logged in via FOP2.

The server is PBX-In-A-Flash (FreePBX on Centos 6.5 64bit).
We have tested with Firefox, Chrome and Opera, all on Linux and Windows.

    Best regards,
    Sinisa Bandin

    Thank you very much.

One more question: will that be overwriten when instaling any new version?

    Keep up with good work!

  • Hide inactive extensions

Would it be possible to hide inactive extension? Maybe in next release?

Situation: we are running a call centre where people are working in groups and logging in and out regularly. We have 75+ extensions defined, but never more than 25 active simultaneously, and all those inactive buttons are just creating mess.

Thank you for a very good and useful software.

    Best regards,
