I'm using Issabel with Callcenter module. The attendants are of type Agent. How do I use the Listen and Whisper feature in the Agent channel?

Conference buttons NOT show participants of the conference in IssabelI have licence key and Issabel 4.0. I installed FOP2 from issabel repository, version 2.31.24. I have conference rooms in Issabel and i see in FOP2, but member inside rooms is not showing.
