fop2 instructs asterisk to start the application chan_spy. It does not instruct asterisk to hangup the spied call. If chan_spy hangs calls, then it is a chan_spy/asterisk problem. Look at the asterisk logs, start fop2 in debug and verify that it is actually originating a call to the application chan_spy.

I sent a message, the live chat is offline. What I meant to say is, when I tried to re-register the license through the web interface the fop2 service just stopped without any error message. to understand why, I used the command line and saw the message that ask me to "revoke" the old machine (what I cannot do because It's not working anymore). I hope they will get my message soon and reactivate my license. Thanks for the help!
